Library Branches Delay Opening August 13

Massapequa Public Library has posted a delayed opening for Thursday, August 13. Both the Bar Harbour and Central Avenue branches are scheduled to open at noon instead of their regular morning opening time. The Central Avenue branch is at 523 Central Avenue in Massapequa, and Bar Harbour is at 40 Harbor Lane in Massapequa Park. The calendar does not give a reason for the change. Residents planning morning visits, program attendance, or computer use should wait until noon and check for any later update.
