Backpack Giveaway Set For Mastic

Mastic Ambulance Company and the Mastic Fire Department will hold a back-to-school backpack giveaway Sunday, August 23, at 11:00 a.m. at the Mastic Fire Department, 1080 Mastic Road. The event is intended to help local students prepare for the school year. Backpacks will be available while supplies last, so families who plan to attend should arrive with that limitation in mind. The giveaway is being organized by the two local emergency service organizations.
